  • Technical Specifications: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, technical specifications, pressure ratings (PSI), temperature ranges, and compatibility listings (e.g., SAE J1402, SAE J844, SAE J560, FMVSS 106) are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
  • Professional Installation Required: Air brake lines, tractor-trailer electrical cables, and glad hands are critical commercial safety components. Customers and end-users are solely responsible for ensuring that all Products are installed, inspected, and maintained by qualified heavy-duty truck mechanics in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.

3. Pricing, Orders, and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales taxes or shipping fees, which are calculated and added at checkout.
  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit your order quantity for any reason after order submission.
  • Payment Terms: Payment must be made at the time of purchase using approved payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards). You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment card or method utilized in connection with any transaction.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Fulfillment: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Wheeling, Illinois, or authorized fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
  • Title & Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for all Products purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL freight carrier). We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO OUR PRODUCTS OR SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO VORTEX DIAMOND INC. FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
