How fast will my order ship, and where does it ship from?

All orders are fulfilled directly from our central warehouse in Wheeling, Illinois. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST typically ship the same or next business day, reaching most continental U.S. destinations within 2 to 4 business days via standard ground freight.

Are Vortex air brake lines and electrical cables DOT and SAE compliant?

Yes. All products meet or exceed strict U.S. commercial motor vehicle safety standards, including DOT FMVSS 106, SAE J1402 (rubber air brake hoses), SAE J844 (coiled nylon tubing), and SAE J560 / SAE J2394 (7-way ABS electrical cords).

 

Should I choose a 12FT, 15FT, or Extended Long-Tail assembly for my rig?

Standard 12FT cables fit most conventional tractor-trailer setups. If your rig utilizes high-mounted pogo sticks, tracker bars, or deep-reach slider positions, we recommend 15FT or Extended Long-Tail options to prevent over-stretching during sharp turns.

What should I do if I ordered the wrong length or need to initiate a return?

We offer a 30-day return window on all unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Contact customer support with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping items back to our Wheeling warehouse.
